How do you ensure the glass bottles don't break during shipping?
We use custom-designed, heavy-duty cardboard dividers and biodegradable cushioning to ensure every bottle arrives safely. In the rare event of a breakage, simply send us a photo and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
What is the typical shelf life of the sauces you sell?
Most of our hot sauces have a shelf life of 1-2 years unopened. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating them to maintain peak flavor and color, where they will typically stay fresh for 6-12 months.
How do you measure the heat levels of your products?
We use a standardized 1-10 scale based on Scoville Heat Units (SHU). We personally taste-test every batch to ensure our heat ratings are accurate, ranging from 'Mild' for beginners to 'Extra Hot' for seasoned chiliheads.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our sauces worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will make it right.
