Return Process

  If your sauce arrived broken or leaking, please attach a clear photo of the damage to your email so we can expedite a free replacement.

  Ship the Items

  For non-damaged returns, pack the unopened bottles securely and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided return label.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
